Q: I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
A: Please make sure your order was completed successfully and check that your email address was entered correctly. Sometimes our emails may be filtered into your spam or junk mail folder.
If you still do not receive an email, please contact us via the inquiry form.
Q: Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
A: Orders cannot be combined, as each item is produced on a made-to-order basis.
Q: Can I get an invoice/receipt?
A: We do not issue separate invoices. Please use your payment statement (credit card, PayPal, etc.) as proof of purchase.
Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
A: Once an order is confirmed, production begins immediately. Therefore, changes cannot be accepted.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We do not accept cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges due to customer preferences (size, color, etc.). Please check carefully before ordering.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item is defective.
Items cannot be returned if:
●The tag has been removed.
●The item has been used, washed, or cleaned.
●The item has been stained, damaged, or has odors caused by the customer.
Refunds
If the item is confirmed defective, a refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.

Q: What payment methods are available?
A: We accept credit card and PayPal payments.
Shipping
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: As each item is produced individually, shipping may take longer than usual. We will ship as soon as possible, but please allow extra time.
Q: Can I choose a delivery company?
A: No, the courier is automatically selected. A tracking number will be provided once the item ships.
Q: Can I specify a delivery date or time?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept delivery date or time requests.
